What you’ll be able to do

  • Find any AI features already inside the software you pay for
  • Turn meeting notes into follow-ups with owners and dates
  • Draft replies to routine customer emails, with a human check
  • Summarize long documents and threads without losing the details
  • Clean up messy spreadsheets and explain every change
  • Build a prompt library your team can share

The eight lessons

Put it together

Pick one task from this path and use AI for it every day for a week. Log time spent and how many drafts you sent unchanged.

Where judgment stays human in this path

A person always approves anything sent to a customer, anything with a number in it, and anything about money, contracts or promises. Every lesson ends with the check for that task.

Who it’s for

  • “I use ChatGPT, but only in a separate tab.”
  • “I want AI inside the tools my team already uses.”
  • “I’m the one who got handed AI at work.”

Questions, answered plainly

Do I need a paid AI subscription?

No. Every Try-it works on the free tier of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Where a paid feature helps, the lesson says so and why.

Which tools does this cover?

Email (Gmail or Outlook), documents (Google Docs or Word), spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), meeting notes and transcripts (Meet, Teams or Zoom) and a shared inbox or help desk. Each lesson names the tool it uses.

How long does it take?

About 75 minutes in total, in lessons of 6 to 11 minutes. Do them in any order.

Can I do it with my team?

Yes. Every Try-it works as a 15-minute team exercise, and lesson 8 turns what you learn into a shared prompt library.

Is there a certificate?

No. The proof is the work you do in each Try-it. A simple completion note may come later, if accounts launch.
